WHAT IS ROBEKS REWARDS?
Robeks Rewards is a loyalty program for all our fans. It’s how Robeks says “thank you” for being a loyal fan. Sign up via our website here, or pick up a card in store - just ask any team member behind the register activate your card and then complete your card registration online at our website here.
HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
There are two ways to enjoy the rewards – both in-store and online. Visit our website here and create an account. Use your username and password to place an online order and earn points on your order. In store, you can provide your phone number associated with your account to also earn points. Alternatively, you can also pick up a card at any Robeks location. Just make sure to have your card activated and register it here.
WHY DO I HAVE TO REGISTER?
As a registered member, you can choose to receive special offers and promotions via email, such as being alerted when new seasonal juices and smoothies are launching. Robeks Reward Card registration is also required to redeem the rewards at our locations. It also allows you to keep track of your account activity, and in the event that your Robeks Rewards Card is lost or stolen we can make sure you get a new one. Also, when you register your account, you’ll be able to quickly start your online order and save your log in, password, and favorites for future orders.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DOWNLOADING THE ROBEKS APP VS. GETTING A PHYSICAL CARD IN-STORE?
By using the Robeks Mobile App, you’ll be able to place an online order and apply your Reward Dollars on your purchases. The username and password that is created for your physical card account can also be used to start an online order via our website or the Robeks App. You’ll also be able to earn points with every online order you place. When checking out via the app, you’ll be able to view your Rewards balance in real time and apply Reward Dollars instantly to your online order.
If you prefer to use the Robeks Rewards Card, these can be obtained at any one of our participating Robeks locations in the US. Once you have activated the card in-store and registered it here, you can use your rewards earned towards your next purchase. You can also load stored value on your card and present it to the cashier as payment for your order. Balances for a physical card can be checked by logging into your account here.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A ROBEKS REWARDS MEMBER AND HOW DO I EARN THEM?
The benefits of our Robeks Rewards include accumulating 1 (one) point for each dollar you spend in-store or online, or after you provide your phone number while making your purchase in store. Alternatively, you can also present your Robeks Rewards card as well. For each 12 points you earn, you will receive a $1.00 Reward for use on your next purchase. DO MY ROBEKS REWARDS EVER EXPIRE?
You have 30 days to enjoy your earned Robeks Reward Dollars (unless otherwise specified) and 14 days to enjoy your Birthday Reward. Expiration dates on promotional Rewards are determined by promotion. Points do not expire.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RECEIVE EMAILS THAT INCLUDE DISCOUNTS AND REWARDS?
If you download the Robeks Online Ordering App, you will need to create an account that includes setting up a username and password, and providing us with your first name, last name, mobile phone number, email address, zip code, and favorite store. If you wish to opt into our email list, please make sure to choose the “email opt in” option. That way, we have your permission to send you emails that will include information on discounts and rewards. If you pick up a physical card in store, you will need to activate your card in-store, register it online here, and provide us with the same information for the online registration process.
DO I NEED A PHYSICAL ROBEKS REWARDS CARD TO REGISTER ONLINE?
No, you can create an account via our Robeks Online Ordering App, or visit our website here to create your account and start earning points for each dollar spent on your next in-store or online visit.
WHERE CAN I CHECK MY BALANCE IF I DON'T HAVE A PHYSICAL ROBEKS REWARDS CARD?
You can also view your account balance online here. Just sign in and go to the Account Balance section.
CAN I GET CREDIT FOR A PURCHASE I MADE EVEN THOUGH I DIDN’T USE MY ROBEKS REWARDS APP OR CARD?
Unfortunately, no. It is important that you provide your phone number or physical card in-store to earn points on your purchases. If you do not remember to provide that information to our cashier, we unfortunately cannot credit your account for purchases you have made. For online orders, you’ll automatically receive points for your purchases, and upon checking out you’ll be able to view your loyalty balance.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO BECOME A ROBEKS REWARDS MEMBER?
Nope! Membership is free.
CAN MY FRIENDS USE MY ROBEKS REWARDS MEMBERSHIP?
Unfortunately, no, but they can sign up for their own account and receive all the benefits of Robeks Rewards.
CAN I USE MY ROBEKS REWARDS CARD AT ANY ROBEKS LOCATION?
Our Robeks Rewards program is valid at participating locations in the United States.
I HAD A REWARD ON MY CARD AND IT DISAPPEARED BEFORE I COULD USE IT. WHAT HAPPENED?
We’re sorry you didn’t get the chance to enjoy your reward. Some of our rewards are offered for a limited time only and expire. Please note that we specify the expiration guidelines at the time rewards are made, so please make sure to check the offer details when you receive notice of a special reward. You can check the expiration date of your rewards by logging into your website here.
WILL MY ROBEKS REWARDS EXPIRE IF I DON’T USE THEM RIGHT AWAY?
Earned Robeks Rewards (the ones from your purchases) expire 30 days from the day that they convert into a Reward Dollar, so they will need to be redeemed within that time period. You can check when your rewards expire by logging into our website here.
WILL BE ROBEKS REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE IF I DON’T USE THEM?
No, your Rewards points do not expire.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS & REWARD DOLLARS I HAVE ACCUMULATED?
You can check your balances by logging into the website here. You can also view your Reward balance upon checking out when placing your online order.
DO I EARN ROBEKS REWARDS POINTS FOR BUYING A GIFT CARD?
Unfortunately, purchases of gift cards do not count towards your Robeks Rewards points. You can however, use your Robeks Gift Card as your Robeks Rewards card. One card can be used for dual purposes simultaneously. Just make sure to register your card on our website to earn Rewards.
CAN I USE MY ROBEKS REWARDS WITH A COUPON?
You may use a coupon when earning points towards your Robeks Rewards. However, a coupon may not be used on the same visit when a reward is redeemed. Our offers state "One Offer Per Guest per Visit." Unfortunately, we cannot combine offers.

Please note that there will be some minor interface differences between Apple and Android devices.
HOW DO I JOIN ROBEKS REWARDS USING THE MOBILE APP? I CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL GIFT AND/OR LOYALTY CARD.

In-Store: You will need to provide the phone number associated with your account to earn points and rewards
Online: You will need to log in to your account and after checking out, points from your online purchase will be automatically applied to your account.
I HAVE MULTIPLE ROBEKS GIFT CARDS AND WOULD LIKE TO CONSOLIDATE THEM INTO ONE BALANCE. HOW DO I DO THIS?
Visit our Rewards page here, and log in with your username and password. Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "Summary of Accounts". Click on the “+” sign and enter in the card number and registration number located on the back side of the card. Your accounts are now combined, and you can use any of your cards and the balance will be reflected the same across all accounts.
WHERE CAN I GET A ROBEKS GIFT CARD?
You can purchase a physical gift card in store.
IF I HAVE ADDED DOLLAR VALUE TO MY GIFT CARD, CAN I STILL USE IT EVEN THOUGH MY CARD IS NOT REGISTERED?
Yes, you can still use your gift card to pay. You can also register your gift card as your Robeks Rewards card on Robeks.com. Additionally, use your gift card to pay for your online orders as well. For a full list of the Robeks Rewards benefits, please visit our Program Overview page.
I PURCHASED A GIFT CARD FOR SOMEONE. CAN THEY USE THAT CARD TO BECOME A ROBEKS REWARDS CARD MEMBER?
Yes! All they need to do is register the gift card number online.
WHERE CAN I CHECK MY GIFT-CARD BALANCE?
On Robeks.com or at any Robeks location. Visit our website here and log into your account to check your balance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY GIFT CARD?
It's important to register your gift card so we can stop anyone from using it, should it be lost. That way we can transfer your account to a new card. If you haven't registered your gift card and happen to lose it then please contact us here.
CAN I USE MY ROBEKS GIFT CARD AT ANY ROBEKS LOCATION?
They can be used at participating locations around the United States.

We use your information to make sure we’re sending you relevant offers for your local Robeks location. We don't sell your information to 3rd parties or spam you. You only get the good stuff: freebies, exclusives, and news!
CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I DON'T HAVE A US ADDRESS?
Of course! However, the Robeks Rewards Card is only valid participating locations in the United States. We do require you to provide a phone number in case you forget your card or phone and still want to earn points.
I HAVE A ROBEKS REWARDS CARD AND I’M TRYING TO REGISTER IT ONLINE, BUT I RECEIVE A MESSAGE TELLING ME THAT MY ACCOUNT IS NOT ACTIVE. WHAT DO I DO?
Bring your card into your local Robeks and ask a team member to activate your card. Once it has been activated, you will then be able to register your card here.
LOYALTY ACCOUNTS & ONLINE ORDERS
I have a coupon code for an online order. Can I also use the coupon code AND my reward dollars on my online order?
Unfortunately you're unable to combine offers. You can use either your coupon code or your reward dollars, but not both at the same time. You will still earn points on your online purchase, no matter what.
I’M AND EXISTING LOYALTY MEMBER AND I USUALLY CHECK IN TO EARN POINTS AND REDEEM REWARD DOLLARS. WHAT DO I DO NOW, SINCE I CAN’T CHECK IN ANYMORE?
Great question – if you’re used to checking in, now all you’ll have to do is provide the phone number that’s associated with your account to any team member and they’ll be able to locate your account and earn points for your transactions and use your rewards dollars. Can’t remember which phone number you used when you registered your account? Just log into on our website here to double check that all account information is up to date.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS ON MY ONLINE ORDERS?
For existing loyalty members: the log in and password that you created for your loyalty account also doubles as your log in start your online order! Can’t remember your username or password? Recover your username and password by visiting our website here. A new password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with the account. Just follow the directions in the email to reset your password and start your online order.
I ALREADY HAVE A LOYALTY ACCOUNT – DO I NEED TO CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?
Nope! The good news is that the information for your existing loyalty account is also the information you’ll need to log in and start your first online order! Our Rewards program works the same way online – for every dollar that you spend online you’ll receive (1) point. When you accumulate 12 points, those points will convert into $1 Reward Dollar that can be used on your next online order or in-store purchase.
I DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT, BUT I WANT TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER…
You can always check out as a guest, but keep in mind that without creating an account, you won’t be able to save your favorite orders, save your credit card information or earn points on your online orders.
I‘M PLACING MY ONLINE ORDER – WHERE IS MY LOYALTY BALANCE?
When placing your online order, you will be able to view your balance upon checking out. This is also where you’ll be able to apply Reward Dollars to your online purchase.
THAT’S GREAT! BUT I ALSO VISIT YOUR BRICK AND MORTAR LOCATIONS. HOW DO I EARN POINTS AND REWARD DOLLARS IN STORE?
While placing your order at the register, make sure to provide a team member with the phone number that is associated with your account. They’ll be able to locate your account so that you can earn points on your in-store purchase and apply any Rewards Dollars that may be available on your account to your purchase.
I CAN’T SEE MY REWARDS BALANCE ON THE NEW APP. WHERE CAN I CHECK MY BALANCE?
The best place to check your Rewards balance is to log into your account via our website here. Also note that upon checking out when placing an online order, you’ll be able to view your account balance at that point of your transaction.
